Baig Security Looking to hire a Full-time Customer Service rep for our Mississauga Office. 

Baig Secured is a Canadian security company based out of Burlington, Ontario, hiring for Hamilton Ontario providing a complete spectrum of private security, investigations, and customized solutions. We provide professionally trained uniformed Security Guards, Mobile patrols, Private investigators, and Loss Prevention Services.

We are seeking a highly motivated customer service, office administrator to assist with administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This includes managing and organizing files, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and performing various general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be proficient in using office software and equipment, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as managing and organizing files, photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for team members.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Answer and screen phone calls and emails, taking messages and routing correspondence to appropriate team members.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
  • Provide general administrative support to team members as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in using Google Suite (Chat, Sheets, Drive, Slides, Gmail) and other office software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Professional and friendly demeanour with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
