Baig Security Looking to hire a Full-time Admin Assiatant for our Mississasuga Office. 

Baig Secured is a Canadian security company based out of Burlington, Ontario, hiring for Hamilton Ontario  providing a complete spectrum of private security, investigations, and customized solutions. We provide professionally trained uniformed Security Guards, Mobile Patrol, Private investigators, and Loss Prevention Services.

As a Recruiter you will be responsible for hiring various positons including dispatch, security guards, operation or other positions as assigned, if you are someone that is hardworking and energetic we have the perfect opportunity for you. 

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Experience with Property Management is an asset.
  • Experience in the Lawn Maintenance industry is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain and manage all administrative documentation generated on projects.
  • Responsible for gathering all information needed to price the project (pick-up drawings, specifications, addendums, bidder’s lists, copies of the contract, etc.).
  • Assist with daily department administration.

Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask, pay close attention to details, and manage time wisely
  • Ability to work well with others and individually and follow instruction(s)
  • Strong time management skills and highly organized
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
