Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to increase sales targeted goal within a specified timeframe.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Drive innovation and introduce new products or services that align with the company’s goals.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Lead the sales team in achieving revenue targets and expanding the customer base.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance business development opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Company Culture and Employee Engagement:
- Create and promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance company culture.
- Foster teamwork, collaboration, and professional development among employees.
- Establish and communicate the company’s core values and ensure they are embedded in daily operations.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Monitor key financial metrics and provide regular reports to the board and stakeholders.
- Implement effective cost control measures and optimize resource allocation.
- Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process for key positions.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the management team, fostering a cohesive and motivated workforce.
- Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
- Forecasting and Risk Management:
- Conduct market analysis and industry research to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience as a President, CEO, or in a similar executive role, preferably within the security industry.
- Demonstrated success in scaling a business and achieving substantial revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
