Chief Executive Officer (Security Guard Services)

Baig Secured is a Canadian security company based out of Burlington, Ontario, hiring for Ormond Beach Florida providing a complete spectrum of private security, investigations, and customized solutions. We provide professionally trained uniformed Security Guards, Mobile patrols, Private investigators, and Loss Prevention Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to increase sales targeted goal within a specified timeframe.
    • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes.
    • Drive innovation and introduce new products or services that align with the company’s goals.
  2. Sales and Business Development:
    • Lead the sales team in achieving revenue targets and expanding the customer base.
    • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance business development opportunities.
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  3. Company Culture and Employee Engagement:
    • Create and promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance company culture.
    • Foster teamwork, collaboration, and professional development among employees.
    • Establish and communicate the company’s core values and ensure they are embedded in daily operations.
  4. Financial Management:
    • Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
    • Monitor key financial metrics and provide regular reports to the board and stakeholders.
    • Implement effective cost control measures and optimize resource allocation.
  5. Talent Acquisition and Management:
    • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process for key positions.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to the management team, fostering a cohesive and motivated workforce.
    • Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
  6. Forecasting and Risk Management:
    • Conduct market analysis and industry research to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience as a President, CEO, or in a similar executive role, preferably within the security industry.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling a business and achieving substantial revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales and business development strategies.
  • Sound financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial management.
