Job Summary:

Baig Security is seeking a Marketing and Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote our Security Guard Services to potential clients. As a Marketing and Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth for the business.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales growth for our Security Guard Services.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and market trends for security services.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including businesses, property management companies, and event organizers.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to identify areas of improvement.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing and sales channels.
• Attend industry conferences and events to build relationships and network with potential clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the security industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Willingness to work in a remote environment and collaborate with a geographically dispersed team.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
